We started off Monday with a great bang! SOO happy to have brought the Clip in bangs! We currently have 4 different styles in many color variations! I love the idea of using these instead of making a drastic hair cut change and not knowing the out come!

Next up was one of my favorite finds: DIY beauty tips! This was a post we found about straightening your hair without heat!

HOW: To straighten hair without heat, just mix a cup of water with 2 tablespoons of BROWN sugar, pour it into a spray bottle, then spray into damp hair and let air dry.

Skull scarves, boots and clutches! Everything Skull & Crossbones!

Recently I have seen a big surge in sales in a lot of things "SKULL". From skull boots, clutches, wallets and scarves. 

Personally I think skulls can be very fashionable when wore properly. I am not a fan of flaming skull tattoos that look frightening, but a nice skull can give some one just enough of an edge in their look and even help boost that little bit of "bad" (we mean this in a confident way) attitude.

Wow, its been such a long time since we got on here and blogged!

There has been so much going on and almost every day I remembered to come write but than would get caught up in something, so this time, I just did it right away lol.

Today is a quick up date on all the wonderful things going on at MissK's!

Good Day everyone!! 

I hope you had a great holiday wether it was Canada Day or Independence Day for you! (or other)

Again MissKelly's has SO much new product that I can't believe we get to carry and that I feel so happy to be able to provide. One of the number one things is PLUS SIZE clothing! For woman who are 16+ or 1x + we know how hard it CAN be to find beautiful, fashionable clothing that makes us feel empowered and comfortable in our skin. Of course that type of feeling doesn't just come from your clothes but from the inside as well, but having clothes that makes us feel attractive is definitely a step in the right direction.

What we wear on the outside, how we carry ourselves is only a mirror, a representation of how we feel about ourselves on the inside. Sometimes I don't care, I have my down in the slump days where all I want to wear are my WAY TO BIG sweat pants that make me look 100 lbs heavier than I am and not even brush my hair. No one can tell you this is okay, yes it's completely normal to have those moments, but NOT to bask in them and let them control you longer than a day. Have the moment, and move on.

When I want to feel better about myself and remind myself just how blessed I am to be healthy, have all limbs and be content with myself than I put on something powerful that makes me feel beautiful and shows off all the parts I love about myself (even if its just the fact I have ankles lol). I used to be tremendously insecure and uncomfortable, trying all the diet programs, spending hundreds on gyms, nutrionists and trainers ALL for the WRONG reasons. It never lasted because my motivation was driving by wanting to fit in and please people. Be a part of the "normal" and what is "accepted". Of course, all these continually failed me because I would soon find out it didn't matter how much I spent, or how many miles I walked on the treadmill, there was always something else that I couldn't measure up to (like success, popularity etc). 

Only when I decided to do it for me, to do it for my health and my future did I see the change coming. I got motivated and I got determined that even if I fell off the wagon, I was getting back on because the bigger picture was about me and my future and not what people said or what I felt society wanted. 

Anyway with all this being said I wanted to share some of the beautiful clothes that I have available! Let's get to it and maybe you will feel inspired to get something that makes you feel beautiful and empowered:)
